New York | Huso with Breathtaking Plating 🌟

This year, for my birthday, I visited Huso, a restaurant renowned for its stunning plating. 🍴 The signature here is caviar, which is incorporated into many dishes. 🌿 Since we arrived quite late, the restaurant was nearly empty, making the dining experience feel exceptionally serene and elegant! 🌿 Every dish was delightful, but my absolute favorite—and the one that stood out the most—was the Tomatoes, Goat's Curd, and Balsamic Vinegar 🍅. I’ve never tasted such delicious tomatoes, and the addition of cheese molded into tiny tomato shapes made it look like a piece of art. 🍅 Regardless of whether the food suits everyone’s taste (since preferences vary), I always appreciate the details. 🌿From the large tableware down to a single leaf, it’s evident that the chef is a detail-oriented perfectionist, perhaps even with a touch of OCD. 😝 The dessert, made with caviar and topped with a candle, added the perfect finishing touch, enhancing both the detail and the ambiance. 🍅 This restaurant is absolutely perfect for special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, or any holiday. #NewYorkLife #NewYorkFood #Huso 🌃🌟
