New York | Italian Cuisine: Scarpetta
Taking advantage of this year's New York Summer Restaurant Week, I visited a highly-rated Italian restaurant in Midtown with an exquisite environment. This place truly serves the best Italian cuisine I've had this year! The handmade pasta is absolutely amazing!! It's so delicious that I want to come back for seconds immediately, and the Restaurant Week menu is a great deal, with a three-course lunch for only $45 per person! 🌟TAGLIATELLE Let's start by praising this handmade pasta, which is exceptionally delicious! It embodies all the qualities of an excellent pasta and lives up to its reputation as the restaurant's signature dish! Although the accompaniments are simple, with just zucchini and bacon bits, it's still stunning. 🌟SHORT RIB & BONE MARROW AGNOLOTTI We added these pasta pockets as an extra dish. The combination of Short Rib and beef marrow as the filling for the pasta pockets is also very tasty! Recommended! 🌟Black Bass For the appetizer, I chose black sea bass. The raw fish is paired with blood orange and pistachio crumbs, which is fantastic. 🌟CREME FRAICHE PANNA COTTA The dessert is exquisite and delicious, with the key point being that it's not overly sweet! The Panna Cotta has a rich creaminess, and the frozen yogurt is very refreshing. The overall taste is well-balanced, and it's rare to find a dessert that's not overly sweet. #NewYork #NewYorkFunAndFood #NewYorkLife #Pasta #NewYorkItalianRestaurant #ItalianRestaurant #DateNightRestaurant #HiddenGemRestaurant #PrivatelyHeldHiddenRestaurant
