🎢🍃When visiting New York, omakase is a must-try! 🍣 I booked a table at the one-Michelin-starred kanoyama way in advance. 🌟 The general consensus is that the food is top-notch, but the service can sometimes fall short. However, this time, I was pleasantly surprised! The service was genuinely great. 🎢🍃 The waitstaff were friendly and engaging throughout the meal, explaining each dish in detail, wiping the plates, and even changing the hot towels three times! 🍴 I wonder if they’re working extra hard to make up for any past shortcomings, maybe after losing a star? 🤔 The flavors were still excellent, with three standout appetizers that really impressed. The nigiri was decent, nothing extraordinary but solid. 🎢🍃 With the improved service, it’s definitely worth a visit.
