Vinegar Fish. 🐟 The Chinese Omelette is like a baked egg pancake, mixed with diced white radish and ham, and flavored with scallion oil. It tasted very light and simple. 🥚 The “Dali” goat cheese & baked five-spice was basically baked cheese with a mild, pleasant dairy flavor. The five-spice powder was just regular five-spice seasoning. 🧀 🌟 The soft-shell crab was lightly fried and served with a tangy tomato sauce, with diced yellow lantern peppers that really enhanced the flavor. There were glass noodles underneath, and the overall taste was simple but clean. 🦀 The funniest dish was the steamed rice with sweet potato. It was literally just sweet potato rice... There was nothing wrong with it, but their dishes aren’t really meant to be eaten with rice. 🍚 🌟It’s a nice place to stop by if you’re in the area, but I wouldn’t go out of my way just for the food. #MyFoodDiary #NewYork 🌃🌟
