Maiella, the Italian restaurant by the LIC river, is amazing! 🌊 Every dish we ordered was a hit. The restaurant's decor is quite beautiful, making it perfect for gatherings and meals with friends. Plus, it's so close to the river. After dinner, taking a stroll by the riverside is super relaxing. I highly recommend it to everyone! 😊 PRIME TOMAHAWK 🌟 This steak is for two and it's huge! We ordered it medium-rare, and it was so tender and flavorful. It was also quite fatty, which I love in a steak! 🍖 Oysters 🌟 They were perfectly good, very sweet and fresh. Haha, just what you'd expect from great oysters. 🦪 CALAMARI FRITTI 🌟 Their fried squid was quite a surprise! (Maybe it was because I was so hungry, and it was the first dish to arrive.) 🦑 SPAGHETTI POMODORO 🌟 We added burrata, and it was delicious! I really loved this pasta. The tomato flavor was so rich! 🍅 Salmon 🌟 It was a standard fish dish, with crispy skin. I wasn't a big fan of the sweet orange sauce; it was a bit too heavy for my taste. 🐟 LINGUINE VONGOLE 🌟 This pasta was also really good. 🍝 CACIO E PEPE 🌟 Super rich and heavy. It might be a bit too much if you eat too much, but it's still delicious! 🧀 The last photo is of the restaurant. It's really well-decorated, with some large tables perfect for group dining.
