New York | Mace (2)
🌃Black Cardamom: A hidden drink. Tequila and mezcal paired with chocolate and cacao, among other ingredients. The first sip tastes like a mocha with alcohol, followed by a liqueur chocolate flavor. After drinking a third of it, suddenly you'll get the taste of a freshly cooked hairy crab in early November when you break open the shell. It's incredibly magical and hard to explain. 🍸 Sweet drinks: Strawberry Gum: Almost no alcohol taste, slightly sour and mainly sweet. Even those who don't like alcohol can enjoy it. 🌃 Harrisa: A bit like a strawberry slushy drink, with a red hue and a sweet taste. It's a variant of margarita, drinkable but not very refreshing. Hard to evaluate: 🍸 Barley Seeds: My friend said it tastes like soup. The coconut milk is a bit overpowering, and you can't really taste the barley. Maybe the over-mixing makes it lack distinctive features. Wild Turkey Bourbon: A hidden drink. An enhanced version of the Old Fashioned, a good choice to end the night if you can't find anything on the menu. 🌃 Sichuan Pepper: A variant of Peruvian pisco, with a mix of sour and spicy flavors. It's a bit strange, but worth a try if you like pisco. Fenugreek: The bartender doesn't recommend it. 🌟 Spruce and Kinaco were out of stock that day. #NewYorkCocktails #NewYorkBars 🌃
