On the top floor of the Ritz in Midtown, the location is right in the center, so the view is amazing. 🌸🍃 However, the lighting has many colors and is a bit dim. The rooftop is great for photos, but the wind is still quite strong and cold lately. To be honest, the service could be better, but considering the great ambiance, I won't complain too much.
