๐After school started, I went to have sukiyaki with my friends again. I can't remember the exact time we made the reservation, but be aware that you can't order sukiyaki if you sit at the bar. We arrived early, and there weren't many people in the restaurant yet. It seemed like we could have tried to walk-in. ๐The service was pretty good overall. The waitstaff helped us with beating the eggs and putting the beef into the pot. We had ordered wagyu before, and this time we tried US Prime, which was also a good choice. We added an extra portion of meat. The vegetables were the same as beforeโChinese cabbage, enoki mushrooms, and konjac. ๐ For the main course, you can choose between rice and udon. The sauce was just right in terms of saltiness.
