I've been meaning to visit Muku for so long, and finally made it! The menu has changed now. 🍣For two people, we had to book about two weeks in advance, and even then, there weren't many ideal time slots left. I'd recommend planning early. Also, this restaurant requires prepayment on the booking platform, and there are no refunds for cancellations, so think carefully before you book! 😊 The service is very meticulous, continuing the high standards from the previous Ichimura days. When they change your utensils, they always place them on your dominant side. 🍽️✨ 🍣Sakizuke The appetizer with consommé, crab, tomato, and caviar was a delightful explosion of flavors. The layers of umami were distinct, and the acidity of the tomato paired perfectly with the aroma of shiso flowers. Everything felt so well-balanced! 🍣 Owan The soup was also fantastic. It featured a piece of roasted tilefish, which had a gentle and mild flavor. It was very comforting. 🍜 #NewYork 🌆🌟
