New York | Must-Visit Dinner
A delightful hidden gem in Manhattan, this private kitchen now offers a new menu focused on seafood and chicken. The initial bite of their dark beer sourdough was quite a revelation—studded with wakame seaweed, it had an incredibly rich aroma. Paired with their special butter, it was so good I wanted to take some home. 🥪 The seafood, their main attraction, was incredibly fresh. A standout was the first time I tasted ravioli filled with generous amounts of king crab. I usually don't care much for ravioli, but this combination was unexpectedly delicious. 🦀 One bite after another! The chicken main course had a rich, authentic chicken flavor—even the breast was incredibly tender! It brought back memories of Guangdong, especially with the chicken fat rice that had a hint of crispy rice at the bottom. It was my absolute favorite. 🍖 For dessert, the chocolate tart had an airy quality reminiscent of soufflé. Even though I was a bit full, I couldn't resist finishing it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. 🍫 Even though everyone was a stranger, dining in the same space felt far from awkward. In fact, it was a great way to meet new friends. The relaxed atmosphere was so inviting that even as an introvert, I enjoyed it. Highly recommend! 🌟 #NewYorkFoodie #InnovativeFusionCuisine #HiddenGemRestaurant
