New York | My Favorite Beef Short Rib Hot Pot π²
π΄ Her Name is Han π 17E 31st St, New York, NY 10016 π° $30-50 per person Ktown is filled with countless Korean restaurants, and I've been recommended many by friends from all over. But my personal favorite is this oddly named place, Her Name is Han. π π Galbi Hot Pot β I highly recommend this! The first time I tried it was through a delivery order, and I was truly amazed. The broth was divine, with plenty of meat that was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The variety of vegetables, including pumpkin, was a delightful addition and not too salty like some other Korean places I've been to. My second visit wasn't as mind-blowing as the first, but it was still delicious! π Grilled Meat Series: The chicken is tender and comes with a sweet and tangy sauce that has a bit of a Thai flair. The pork belly was a bit too greasy for my taste, though. π Bulgogi Series: Their vegetables are so good that even I, someone who usually doesn't like vegetables, enjoyed them. They were really tasty! π Kimchi Fried Rice: This is a must-try! It's absolutely delicious. I hope everyone enjoys their meal! π½οΈ #HiddenGemRestaurants #NewYork #KoreanCuisine ππ’
