New York | My Favorite Restaurant of 2025 🍷

📍Saint Julivert A seafood bistro in Brooklyn that I visited early in 2025 has become my favorite restaurant of 2024! 🌟 Who wouldn't love a restaurant with delicious food, great drinks, beautiful ambiance, and a wonderful atmosphere? 🥹 🐟 Whipped Mackerel - It's truly not fishy at all! The sourdough is also very airy and light. 🍞 rimp - Most small bistros have a similar taste for their raw fish dishes, but this one is unique! The salted kumquats and grapefruit add a lot of freshness to the dish, and the chili adds a slight spiciness. The flavors are rich and delicious! 🍤 Octopus - My favorite of the night! I really want to know how the chef made the sauce... it's so fragrant! I couldn't stop eating it. 🦑 🌊 Venetian-Style Risotto - The risotto is relatively average compared to the other dishes, but it's still very tasty! 🍝 Zabaglione - It's not sweet! It seems to be a special dessert, but if it's still available, I highly recommend giving it a try. 🍨 #NewYorkCuisine #BrooklynEats 🌅
