New York | My Former Late-Night Haven ❤️
🔹 Back when I lived on 56th Street, this place was my late-night haven. Whenever friends came to town or I didn’t know where to eat, I’d head here for some delicious yakitori. It’s been years since I last visited, and stepping back in feels like stepping into another world. I can’t remember if the waitstaff has changed, but the cozy, familiar atmosphere is still there. 🌟 The menu has expanded, but I feel like the flavors aren’t quite as good as they used to be. Maybe my taste buds have matured, or maybe I’ve just eaten too many other things in between. But the feeling of coming home, that hasn’t changed. 🏠 🔹 At Totto, you can pretty much order anything on the menu without worrying. I think there aren’t many bad choices. But today, I have to give a special shout-out to their beef bowl. 🌟I couldn’t resist ordering it, even though I knew I’d be too full to finish it. Let me tell you, it’s like getting a warm cup of hot chocolate on a freezing winter day—it warms you right down to your toes. 🥢 🔹 Pro tip: Make a reservation in advance, or you might be waiting until the end of time. ⏳ 😋 Yakitori Totto 📍251 W 55th St 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10019 💰: USD 80+, Taste: 9/10, Ambiance: 7/10, Service: 8/10 #NewYork #NewYorkLife 🗽
