New York | My Top 5 Favorite Italian Pasta Restaurants (2)🍝
San Sabino Another sister restaurant from the chef of Don Angie🧑🍳, and I think this one is even tastier. Recommended dishes: 🌸 Lobster Triangoli: The lobster has a slightly spicy flavor and is very juicy. Stuffed Mussel: Filled with a bit of Spanish seafood rice, it's really delicious. 🌟 Shrimp Parm: It feels like you're eating shrimp pizza🍕. Dessert Gelato Viennese: With a rich hazelnut flavor, it's a great way to end the meal. 🌸 Via Carota A really authentic Italian restaurant. It's hard to go wrong with any dish here. Must-try classic: Cacio E Pepe 🧈, which is excellent. 🌟 Nerai A surprise entry with Greek cuisine. I highly recommend their Lobster Pasta, which I think outshines Piccola Cucina☺️. 🌸Some popular Italian restaurants that I think are overrated or have inconsistent quality, so you might want to avoid them: Lilia: Their pasta has a Sichuan peppercorn or goat cheese flavor that I just can't appreciate. 🌟 Don Angie: Their $16 Garlic flatbread is better than their signature $68 Lasagna🙃. I don't think it's worth the price. L'Artusi: It's average—nothing bad, but nothing special either. I wouldn't go again. 🌸 I Sodi: The first time was amazing, but the second time was too salty. Piccola Cucina: They're famous for making tiramisu on the spot🔥, but their pasta is really just okay. I won't be going back. 🌟 #food #NewYork #ItalianCuisine #nyc 🌇🌟
