New York | Neue Galerie(2)
The museum's first-floor café, named after Sabarsky, is a tribute to the late Sabarsky and the days when the two would often talk about art in small Viennese cafés. 🍵☕️ The café has a very charming and elegant vibe, with dishes and desserts that have a distinct German and Austrian flair. 🍃🌸 It's the only café in New York that I've visited twice so far. It's not that the taste is exceptionally outstanding, and the service can be quite average, but its great location and decent food make it a must-visit. After exploring any of the museums on Museum Mile, it feels incomplete without stopping here for a bite and a rest. 🍽️ 🍃🌸 The museum's bookstore and design shop are also very beautiful. I even fell in love with this pair of designer earrings that feature the sun and the moon. They are so beautiful and tempting, but after asking the price, I quickly lost hope and could only humbly take a photo as a souvenir. 🌟 💡 Tips: The museum is currently under renovation, so the admission is pay-as-you-wish. Although only the second floor is open at the moment, you can still see works by Klimt and Schiele, so it's a great time to visit while the ticket prices are special. 🎫 Avoid the weekend lunch rush at the café, or you'll have to wait in line. The chances of walking in successfully are much higher at other times. ⏰ 🍃🌸 #NewYorkLife #NewYork 🌃🌟
