It goes perfectly with dish #2. 🥪 Fava Bean Borani Rich yogurt blended with roasted garlic, topped with salmon roe and fava beans. The texture is so smooth and refreshing! 🍯 Kabob Chenjeh Grilled over charcoal, these kabobs are incredibly aromatic and juicy. You can really taste the difference! 🔥 Lamb Rack Shishlik I’m not usually a fan of lamb, but this rack has minimal gaminess. The yogurt sauce is a great match and cuts through the richness. 🍖 Saffron Ice Cream Sandwich With a subtle rose flavor, this dessert is simply delightful! 🍦 🍸 Saffron Martini This drink is a must-try!
