New York | Peruvian-Flavored Brunch 🍜 Creative and Delicious

🐟🦐🐙🌽🌽🧅 Ever since I returned from a trip to Peru a few years ago, I’ve been completely charmed by Ceviche. I can’t resist ordering it whenever it’s on the menu. The Ceviche at Llama Inn is the best I’ve had since. The acidity is spot-on, the fish is incredibly fresh, and the large corn kernels and sweet potatoes are the perfect finishing touches. A must-try for anyone who loves a tangy kick! 🐟🍞🐂🥔🐖🍳 The other dishes were also quite good. The Anchovy with sourdough was particularly delicious—I enjoyed eating it plain without any sauce. The beef tartare, one of my go-to Western dishes, has a South American twist with a flavorful sauce that’s a bit strong but uniquely tasty. The Egg Benedict is a classic brunch staple here, with a South American twist on the sauce that sets it apart from the usual Hollandaise. The side of bacon is similar to char siu, which is quite interesting. The dessert was average—I felt a bit underwhelmed. 🍸 At a Peruvian restaurant, I always love Pisco Sour. My friend ordered Never Been Kissed, and we were both very satisfied with our drinks. They’re not overly sweet and have just the right amount of alcohol to complement the somewhat hearty brunch. A few years ago, I visited Llama San shortly after it opened. Compared to San’s Peruvian-Japanese fusion style, I prefer the more authentic Peruvian flavors at Inn. Seeing fusion in New York feels a bit like seeing a bistro in Shanghai—it sets off alarm bells for me... I’m definitely coming back to try their dinner. 😋 📍 **Llama Inn** Another Brooklyn spot—seriously, how much do I love Brooklyn? 🤔 #DailyLife #NewYork #Food #NYCFood #Brooklyn #Brunch
