New York | Ranked as One of the Best Ramen Shops in America ๐
The tsukemen here is out of this world! ๐ As the weather turns chilly, I can't help but crave a steaming bowl of ramen. ๐ฅน This tsukemen has always been my favorite in New York โค๏ธ It even made it to the list of America's best ramen spots! ๐ ๐ข๐ The broth is rich and flavorful, perfectly paired with the chewy, thick noodlesโit's a match made in heaven! ๐ Every time I come here alone, I order this bowl without fail. ๐ This time, I was lucky enough to come with a friend. He ordered the tonkotsu ramen. I took a sneaky bite, and wow! The aroma is incredibly captivating. The broth is thick but not greasy, with a rich and complex flavor. The thin noodles have just the right amount of firmnessโperfect! ๐ ๐ข๐But be warned, the soup is limited, so you really need to eat it while it's hot, or it will start to thicken. Both bowls come with slices of chashu and a soft-boiled egg. The chashu is perfectly marbled, melting in your mouth, and the half-cooked egg is cooked just right. โจ Today, I also tried a few side dishes, all of which were delicious, but the stars of the show are definitely the tsukemen and ramen! ๐ ๐ข๐ I truly believe this is one of the top ramen shops in New York. ๐ฅ But a quick reminderโtheir flavors are on the heavier side, so those who prefer light tastes might find it a bit strong. ๐ Okiboru House of Tsukemen ๐117 Orchard St, New York, NY #NewYorkDaily #FoodieAdventures ๐๐
