A sophisticated Japanese restaurant I've been eager to visit recently, I took advantage of the weekend in Flushing to give it a try, and it was truly amazing! From the appetizers to the hand rolls and dessert wine list, I was more than satisfied, and the service was very warm and welcoming. The interior decoration is excellent, and the atmosphere is perfect, it must be beautiful at night. It's a refined restaurant suitable for dates! It's a Japanese place I'm eager to revisit. 🌟Tuna Tartare💯 A favorite appetizer! Bluefin tuna with avocado and wasabi-flavored nori crisps. The combination of the tuna and the slight wasabi flavor of the nori crisps is excellent, a perfect pairing. 🌟Thai Style Yellowtail Crudo Yellowtail fish with yuzu sauce gives a very refreshing taste, reminiscent of Ceviche. 🌟Hand Rolls💯 The hand rolls here are truly exquisite! We chose an Omakase of seven hand rolls, and we liked each one. The best of the day was the bluefin tuna with caviar sauce; the steamed lobster with yuzu sauce and the salmon with caviar were also great!
