New York | 🥂Sake Mousse—Hidden in a Perfect Japanese Restaurant‼️

Rushing before the end of New York Restaurant Week,I finally got to try this place! Dinner💰$60 includes appetizers, main course, and dessert. For the main course, I chose Temaki and another dish! A nine-grid arrangement with nori,The joy of making your own hand rolls—who gets it! So fun and delicious 😊 The portions are really generous. 🍃 The dessert was equally surprising. I chose the Saki Mousse, and it was just amazing! It truly has the rich aroma of sake, very smooth, and comes with Japanese cookie chunks. So good at making desserts🥹. 🎢 The Chocolate Cake was also impressive,With a very dense texture, almost like red bean paste, which is quite unique. The accompanying sauce is sweet and sour, perfect for cutting through the richness! 🍰And I also ordered the Seasonal Parfait,It's truly a work of art—everything on top is edible! The ingredients are super rich,The bottom of the cup has yuzu ice cream, caramel ice cream, oranges, and jelly. Drizzled with matcha sauce, the sweet and sour collision is just perfect—love it! 🍃 In short, whether it's the hand roll sushi or the desserts, this place is full of surprises. I'll definitely be back💗 #NewYorkLife #NewYorkCuisine 🌊
