📍 KYU This was a random restaurant I walked into while shopping, just because it looked decent. I didn't expect to find an American version of roujiamo (Chinese hamburger)! 🍔 🥘 Stone Pot: The stone pot with king crab meat in Southeast Asian flavors, garnished with basil, mint, and various vegetables. This combination is a bit too much for picky eaters. I wouldn't recommend it. 🍲 🥙 Pork Belly Steamed Buns: When this dish arrived, I couldn't help but laugh. Isn't this just a Chinese hamburger? The "bun" is actually a steamed bun filled with crispy pork belly. This dish was surprisingly delightful. The bun felt like it was homemade, incredibly fluffy and soft! Meat lovers and carb enthusiasts will be overjoyed. 🍨 Dessert: I ordered a three-flavor ice cream, and I really enjoyed the red bean and taro flavors! Summary: This is an Asian fusion restaurant that caters more to Western tastes but still puts effort into its dishes. The decor is cute, but the prices aren't cheap, and the food isn't particularly outstanding.
