🌶️Iron Plate Brain Flower It’s a bit strong in flavor, but it’s incredibly satisfying, like the seasoning from those barbecue stalls near elementary schools, you know? 🍃While eating, I thought it would be amazing to have some bread 🥪 and spread the brain flower on it like foie gras! 🎢It’s a bit salty, but when I took the leftovers home and mixed them with purple cabbage (see picture 6), it wasn’t so salty anymore and still tasted great! 🐰Zigong Spicy Rabbit The rabbit meat is super tender! We’ll definitely order this again next time. 🌊 I’ve never been to Zigong, so I don’t know what the authentic version is like, but this one is delicious. The downside is that there’s not much rabbit meat. 🌸 The spiciness is moderate, but this dish is more numbing. My spicy-loving southern friend adores it, while my northern friend found it a bit too numbing towards the end. 🎢 #NewYork 🌃
