New York | Snow Crab Hot Pot đŚ Winter limited one crab eight ways!!
Who knew I could enjoy snow crab this way in NYC!! đŚ An entire snow crab prepared 8 different waysâcrabs legs, crab roe, every bite was pure joy! They even used the crab shell as a bowl for steamed eggâthis crab was completely put to use, from head to toe. Iâm obsessed 1ď¸âŁ Snow Crab Salad â A Japanese-style salad topped with shredded crab meat, light and refreshing đĽ 2ď¸âŁ Uni Vinegar Jelly â Snow crab + uni + caviar, mixed with vinegar jelly and mangoâso delicious! 3ď¸âŁ Raw Snow Crab Legs â First time trying raw crab, and itâs tender and creamyâso good! Wouldâve been even better with freshly grated wasabi, though đ 4ď¸âŁ Snow Crab Tempura â The crab meat is super tender, and the batter is thin and non-greasy! 5ď¸âŁ Crab Roe Steamed Egg â The crab roe flavor is so intense!! Stir it into the steamed egg, and itâs incredibly savory!! They used the crab shell as a bowlâzero waste, which is amazing! đĽ 6ď¸âŁ Baked Crab Legs â So unique! The crab meat is coated in cheesy goodnessâso tasty! đ§ 7ď¸âŁ Snow Crab Hotpot â The broth is simmered with crab đŚ, so fresh itâs mind-blowing! Some of the crabs even had roe on them! If I didnât need to save the broth for porridge, I wouldâve drunk the whole pot dry! 8ď¸âŁ Crab Broth Zosui â White rice simmered in the hotpot brothâwarm and comforting $159 for two people, so around $80 per person! There arenât many seats, so remember to make a reservation in advance. âłď¸ Hiyake Yakiniku BBQ 165 Bedford Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11211 #EatHotpotInWinter #NYCFoodGuide #NYC #SnowCrab #NYCJapaneseFood #NYCHotpot #NYCLife #NYCEats
