🙂 In New York’s East Village, I finally got to taste authentic Yunnan cuisine! 🌿 We were truly impressed by the meal and the soup! The rice noodle soup had such a rich and hearty broth—it’s a flavor that no technology can replicate. 🌟 The Tofu Skin was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and even the dipping sauce tasted authentic! 🍃That “aroma of the mountains” instantly transported us back to Yunnan. To enjoy this taste of home in the autumn of New York was quite touching. 🍲 The small pot rice noodles had just the right amount of sour and spicy flavors. The spicy beef tripe was chewy and refreshing, clean and crisp, becoming more fragrant the more you chewed. 🌟 The vegetables were stir-fried to perfection, with a touch of garlic that perfectly cut through the richness. 🎢 The rice paste was thick and smooth, and a bowl of it warmed us up completely.
