New York | Southeast Asian Restaurant: WAU

This Southeast Asian restaurant by Central Park on the Upper West Side of Manhattan has been popular for a long time, and I finally had the chance to check it out. I was completely won over by their lobster noodles, truly a taste to fall in love with at first bite. 🔥 Signature Wau Noodle 🦞 Today's perfect lobster noodles! The whole lobster's meat is peeled and fried into shrimp balls~The noodles are crispy egg noodles, served with a large bowl of secret sauce😍 After soaking in the soup, it's a full bowl, and even between the two of us, we couldn't finish it~ 🔥 Lobster Salted Egg Noodle 🦞 A large lobster tail is laid over salted egg mixed noodles, it's really incredibly delicious! Lobster and salted egg yolk is a heavenly match! This bowl of noodles has a creamier, rich taste 💯 🔥 Beef Nam Tok 🥩 Thai-style steak, filled with the aroma of charcoal grilling, served with colorful peppers, onions, mint, and seasoned with spices, the taste is exceptional! After my boyfriend finished eating, he immediately started searching for recipes to try to learn. 🔥 Singaporean Black Pepper Prawns 🍤 Crispy fried prawns, coated with black pepper and garlic sauce, and dipped in crispy fried rice sticks, so fragrant. #LocalFavorites #NewYork #NewYorkLife #SoutheastAsianCuisine #NewYorkFood #NewYorkFoodGuide #ManhattanEats #NewYorkFoodExploration #NewYorkSoutheastAsianCuisine
