This weekend, my friends and I embarked on a delightful city getaway that started with a visit to the Dassai Blue Sake Brewery. 🍶 From Manhattan, it’s about a 2-hour drive, making it a perfect one-day trip! 🚗 The tasting experience included three cups of sake and some delicious snacks (Type 23/35/50).
