This Japanese whisky bar is located in Midtown East and is an unassuming speakeasy on the second floor. I often find it hard to locate a spot to unwind with a drink after dinner in that area, but this place is a hidden gem. 🌟 🥃 The ambiance here is just perfect. They play Jazz/R&B/Soul/Hip Hop records, and the sound system is top-notch, but it’s not so loud that it drowns out conversation. 🎶 🥃 The bar specializes in a variety of whiskies. If you’re looking to sample a few, they offer several whisky flights. The cocktail selection is a bit limited, though. 🥃 They also serve some classic Japanese dishes. 🍱 One thing to note: if you want to sit on the couches inside, you’ll need to order a whole bottle of whisky.
