New York | Super Stylish Papa San 🥢
🌟I first heard about Papa San because of its super trendy website. As a former professional in branding, I was completely defenseless against its stylish design. The fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine isn't super rare, but the tasteful design alone made it a must-visit spot. Papa San is located in Hudson Yard. The decor and vibe are pretty cool, especially the music they play—everything from old school hip-hop to pop, even with some alternative rock mixed in. 🌟 It shows the restaurant's taste. The waitstaff is super enthusiastic and even sway to the music a bit. Sitting at the bar counter, you can clearly see the bustling rhythm of the kitchen. The cocktails are decent, nothing extraordinary but still enjoyable. I didn't order their yakitori set because it seemed too big, but it probably would've been good. The pork was a chef's special, paired with cucumber🥒. It was nice, but the pork had a bit of a strong porky flavor on its own. 🌟 Their ceviche is definitely worth a try! The curry mussel rice and eel pizza, recommended by xhs, were also good. Overall, it wasn't super impressive, but it's a nice place to grab a drink. #NYCExploration #NewYorkLife 🌃🌟
