📍 Ginger and Lemongrass This is hands down my favorite Pho place in New York after seven years here—no ifs, ands, or buts! It completely outshines all the Saigon food places near NYU. Highly recommended for all you noodle lovers out there! 🍜 Price: Cheap, truly cheap, around $12-15 a bowl. 🍃🌸 Portion: If you have a smaller appetite, go for the small size; if you’re feeling hungry, the large size will definitely satisfy you. Meat Quantity: There’s plenty of meat, guaranteed to have a bite of meat in every spoonful of Pho. 🍖 Highly Recommend: 🍃🌸 Anything with the coconut curry base! Pair it with your favorite meat. It’s incredibly fragrant and delicious! 🥥 Not Recommended: The dry vermicelli noodles.
