I can’t recommend it enough! 🌟 Difficulty in Making a Reservation: ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I visited early in 2022, and every single dish was a delight! We booked the counter seating, which gave us a front-row view of the culinary magic happening right in front of us. The chef’s attention to detail and creativity were evident in every bite. 🍽️ 🍃 I particularly loved the sea urchin with mini bread. The combination of the fresh, briny sea urchin and the soft, warm bread was simply divine. And the dessert? It was a masterpiece—beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. 🍓 We opted for the wine pairing, which was a perfect complement to the meal. The wines were well-chosen and enhanced each course beautifully.
