New York | The Legendary Bar Lives Up to Its Name (1)π₯
The Japanese-style cocktails at Angel's Share are truly legendary, with a sense of restraint and harmony in the blending of various flavors and layers (except for one quirky drink). πThey represent the top level in New York. The bar was founded by Tony Yoshida in the East Village of Manhattan in 1993 and recently relocated to the West Village, which was widely reported by major media outlets like The New York Times, Eater, Forbes, and Time Out. The only inconvenience is that you need to wait in line on-site, but Iβve managed to get in within less than twenty minutes each time. Highly recommended! Super Tasty πππ: πΈ Painted Paradise $23: Rich in pandan milk flavor, with a base of Japanese shochu, and hints of cantaloupe and jasmine. Itβs incredibly refreshing, crystal clear yet perfectly balanced, smooth, and not overly sweet. π πΈ Raisin the Roof $23: Brandy filtered through raisins and brown butter, with almond syrup, pineapple, and cream cheese. It feels like an ice cream version of a cocktail. Slightly sweet. π #NewYork #LegendaryBar ππ
