New York | This Bakery Is So Delicious (1)🌟

Today, I braved the rain to visit a bakery. I was so excited that I started writing my notes on the subway. It's a Mexican bakery, and it was a complete surprise—I loved it so much that I couldn't resist sharing my thoughts. 🌧️ The bakery is located in Woodside, just a bit below LIC. Apart from the slightly inconvenient location, I loved everything about it. 🔥 Concha: The crust is incredibly crispy, available in both plain and coffee flavors, both of which are delicious. I was super lucky to arrive when they still had plenty left. When I left, there was only one piece remaining. The neighbors were buying them in batches of four. The crispiness is on par with freshly baked pineapple buns, and the bread inside is incredibly soft and fluffy. 🥪 💕 Cornbread: When in a Mexican neighborhood, how could I miss out on cornbread? I haven't had a chance to taste it yet, but I'll update once I get home and take some photos. 🌽 Update: So good!! It's not greasy but moist, dry yet delicate. How do they achieve that? You can really smell the corn. I only intended to take a small bite, but the flavor hit all the right notes, and I ended up eating more than half a piece. #NewYork 🌃🌟
