New York | This Meal Was So Good I Saved Money on a Trip to Korea! (1)
Today, I had a meal at Tosokchon in Midtown that was so delicious it brought tears to my eyes! Last year, a friend took me here, and this year, my partner and I came back just before winter. We arrived early, but by the time we left, there was a long line outside. The entire evening was filled with the aroma of hot soups and delicious dishes. This has to be my first Korean meal of the winter! π₯’ β€οΈβπ₯ Must-try Dishes: 1οΈβ£π©Έ Soondae (Blood Sausage) $14.99 (small portion) My second try at blood sausage! The crispy and fragrant outer layer gives way to soft and chewy glutinous rice and glass noodles inside. There's no strange taste at all. π 2οΈβ£π¦ Seafood Pancake $23.99 This was highly recommended by my friend, who even asked me to pack some for her! Golden and crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and the dipping sauce is the soul of the dish. You'll want to keep taking bite after bite! π₯§ #food #NewYork ππ
