New York | Tiramisu Book: The Book of Answers 🌟

I tried the bread and desserts that were not available when they first opened. ā˜•ļø Tiramisu Book: Light and airy, with slightly large air pockets. It’s not overly sweet or greasy, and it doesn’t have a heavy dairy flavor. I ate more than half without feeling guilty... šŸ“š šŸŒ‹ Lava Volcano Bun: Soft yet chewy, with a subtle fermented alcohol flavor. The combination of savory cheese, cranberries, nuts, and creamy texture is very rich! šŸŒ‹ My favorite after the garlic cheese bread. šŸ« Chocolate Toast: A quick zap in the microwave makes it slightly gooey. This kind of bread can make me jump out of bed in the morning—it’s more interesting than plain toast. 🄪 šŸ“ Strawberry Peach & šŸˆ Melon Coconut: So refreshing! There are some ice chips, but it would be better if it were blended a bit smoother. Perfect for walking around on a day over 90°F. Ordering it with very little sugar is acceptable since the fruit itself is sweet. It feels like there are too many bakery and pastry factions in New York now, and I’m constantly mixing and matching... If you love the sweet and savory interplay of matcha, taro, custard, shredded pork, and garlic cheese, and if you enjoy soft bread with a hint of fermented alcohol flavor, this place will be perfect for you!
