Japanese Ramen Recommended by Michelin for Five Consecutive Years 🌟 šŸ  TONCHIN NEW YORK (Japanese Ramen) šŸ“ 13 W 36th St., New York, NY 10018 11:30 AM – 10:00 PM šŸ·ļø Recommended by Michelin for 5 consecutive years šŸ— Tebasaki 6 pcs 18 Fried chicken wings. The shape and flavor are quite similar to Chinese barbecued chicken, which is quite tasty. The seasoning is a bit heavy, making it a great snack to go with drinks. šŸ„ Fried Fish Buns 2 pcs 17 šŸ‘ Fried fish bao. How could this combination not be delicious? The sauce is well-tuned and very appetizing! The bao is soft and bouncy when eaten hot, just perfect. šŸ™ Ume Rice Ball 7 āŒ Plum rice ball. Roasted sesame + pickled plum + salted kelp + seaweed. It's crispy but very salty! šŸ™ Unagi Rice Ball 8 Eel rice ball. There's a good amount of grilled eel, with a nice balance of saltiness and sweetness, not too sweet. The rice is a bit too much and the seaweed is a bit soggy; it would be better if the seaweed was grilled to be crispy. šŸœ Ban Ban Kinoko Mazemen Noodle 22 šŸ‘ Mushroom mazemen. It also comes with lots of bean sprouts, cashews, green onions, and fried garlic. The seasoning is great! It's made with a blend of ban ban sauce and sukiyaki sauce, the former mainly consisting of mayonnaise, sweet/spicy sauce, and maple syrup. This combination is salty, sweet, and aromatic, which is exactly my type! The subtle spiciness is just right to cut through the richness, making the dish both fragrant and refreshing, even better than meat! #NewYork šŸŒ†
