Strawberry and matcha🍓🍵—I have to say, it’s a combination that makes my heart skip a beat every single time I see it💗. Even though these are pretty common elements, they never fail to impress. 🎢🍃 Two years ago, I had a parfait at Momoya for $28, and now this one is $36. It might be a bit too much for two people, but just perfect for three. 🥧 🍨I absolutely love the diverse textures in this parfait—crispy, soft, chewy, smooth, and bouncy, all in one cup. Strawberries, raspberries, cherries, and guava, paired with the rich and slightly bitter matcha, make for a perfect blend of sweet and sour. It’s like a magical creation… ✨ 🥞The Soba Souffle Pancakes are a bit less impressive in comparison. The texture of the mochi pancakes is somewhere between American-style diner pancakes and a rustic chiffon cake, mostly relying on whipped cream and fruit toppings for flavor. The decorations on top of the parfait won’t melt, but the ice cream will. Don’t take too many photos, or you’ll miss the parfait at its most beautiful moment!✨ 🎢🍃 Overall: I love it, I really do!
