New York | Wagyu BBQ Is the Perfect Winter Treat (1)🔥
🐟 Sashimi: Mediocre at best. If you’re planning to save room for the Wagyu, you can skip this. 🐮 Miso Beef Stew: This was truly delicious! Despite feeling full, I couldn’t resist ordering another serving. 🦐 Tom Yum Seafood Soup: The perfect blend of sour and spicy flavors. One spoonful and the chill was gone. I reordered this one too. 🐂 Wagyu Fried Rice: It had a subtle dairy flavor, but overall, it was a bit bland. The Wagyu donburi that followed was much better. 🐠 Grilled Silver Cod: The fish was incredibly tender, and the seasoning took me right back to a cozy Japanese izakaya. 🦞 Lobster Tail: The fact that it was pre-peeled was a game-changer for lazy eaters like me. The lobster meat was thick and bouncy, and the cheese sauce was perfectly melted. Each bite was pure bliss. 🍣 Wagyu Uni Roe Sushi: The experience was as luxurious as expected. The joy of layering flavors never gets old. However, the uni was just average, and the sashimi felt quite ordinary. It seems the focus is mainly on the Wagyu grill. 🍰 Dessert: I don’t recall much, but the chocolate mille-feuille was quite appealing to Asian palates. #NewYork 🌇🌟
