Lightly grill them to medium-rare, let them "rest" on the plate for ten seconds, and the juices will be perfectly locked in. ๐ The seafood is also fantastic. Scallops placed on the edge of the grill, slowly cooking for about a minute on each side. With a quick brush of butter, they become creamy and sweet. And the cheese-baked lobster shell is filled with gooey, cheesy goodness. The combination of creaminess and sweet lobster flavor is heavenly! ๐ฆช ๐ I really appreciated the attention to detail. The table was clean, and the seasonings were minimal, letting the ingredients speak for themselves. The grillโs heat was consistent, making it easy to avoid burning.
