🌟 New York | What to Eat Alone 🍽️

Brunch spots are always my best friends 🤓—perfect portions for one, with a variety of ingredients that keep things interesting. 🍃They’re great for someone like me who enjoys a mix of flavors and doesn’t like boring meals 🥱. ·Sonny Boy 🍳 Harissa Folded Egg Their signature spicy folded egg is a delight, paired with a refreshing vegetable salad, apple, and avocado. The flavors are rich and appetizing. I added a side of sourdough because their bread is amazing—definitely worth it, even though it’s clearly pan-fried. The mimosa here is also pretty good, a great choice for a daytime drink. 🥂 🍃 Two Hands 🥣 Harissa Chicken Bowl This chicken salad bowl is seasoned with a spicy sauce. The chicken is generous in portion and a bit on the heavier side, but it’s balanced with sweet potatoes, brown rice, and vegetables. I added a soft-boiled egg to mellow out the flavors. The coffee has an Australian twist and is pretty decent. ☕️ · Jack’s Wife Freda 🥗 Maya’s Breakfast Bowl This bowl is packed with all my favorite ingredients—spaghetti squash (is that zucchini?) mixed with brown rice for a refreshing and healthy start to the day. The combination is really unique and satisfying. 🥗 🥪 Madame Freda For those who prefer something more flavorful, try the duck sandwich. The bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, filled with savory duck meat and plenty of cheese. It’s a choice that satisfies both your taste buds and your soul. 🍔 Their flat white is one of the better ones you’ll find in a brunch spot. The fresh juice options are limited, and I’d recommend avoiding the cantaloupe juice—it’s a bit too sweet and can be overwhelming. 🍵 #NewYork #NYCFoodie #BrunchAdventures 🌇🌿
