New York | Who Understands the Bliss of This Tortilla? 🥰
This place’s tortilla is just heavenly! You absolutely have to try it! 🌟 Tortilla de Betanzos $12 🥚 The Spanish omelette, made with eggs and potatoes—two magical foods! It’s incredibly aromatic and delicious! 🍳 Zamburinas a la Plancha $18 Olive oil, lemon, and fresh scallops—simple yet so tasty! 🦪 Pulpo a Feira $24 🦑 I really love the octopus legs here—they’re so tender. But my friend didn’t like them because they were too tender, which she found off-putting. It’s really a matter of personal preference. I personally adore them! 💕 Arroz Caldoso $68 🦞 Lobster and scallop rice soup. It’s very fragrant but also very salty—it felt like I was drinking seawater. The lobster and scallops inside are delicious, though. It’s supposed to be a two-person portion, but with only two lobsters, it’s still too much for four people. The saltiness is overwhelming, and the rice seems more like a seasoning. I definitely won’t order this next time. I’m more interested in trying their squid ink seafood rice. 🦑 Pescado con Ajada $27 🐟 The grilled fish is average and a bit fishy. Guiso de Carne $27 🐷 The flavor is okay, but it’s not necessary to order. I have to say, it looks like💩. The indoor ambiance is nice, and the service is good too—I’ll definitely be back. This place specializes in Galician cuisine, and the chefs are all 100% Galician, according to their website.
