We were four people and ordered three portions, but it was more than enough. The steaks at Wolfgang’s are seriously huge! I think for four people, two portions would be just right. 🍖 Medium is perfect—tender and juicy with a pinkish interior. The steak is so tender and juicy, with a perfect caramelized crust that sizzles as it’s served. 🥩 🥬The T-bone steak’s meat on both sides is hard to distinguish in terms of taste, but the left side seems a bit more tender and fatty. Prime NY Sirloin Steak $68.95 🔪 This is a top-grade New York strip steak, from the outer spine of the cow with a strip of fat along the edge. 🥬 Since one of us can’t eat rare beef, we ordered it well-done. Surprisingly, it was not dry at all—still tender and chewy.
