New York | Y&Z Dumpling House (2)🌟
The dish of three had soft and tender eggplant and smooth potatoes. A plate of vegetables was cleared in no time. 🌸 The white stomach and fatty intestine dishes made my eyes light up. The fatty intestine was oily but incredibly flavorful. My knowledgeable friend from Harbin added a bowl of rice, saying, “You have to have rice with fatty intestine. What if it’s even Northeastern rice?” Unfortunately, the rice was just okay. 🍃 The dalapi looked ordinary, but once mixed, the sauce aroma and the fresh scent of carrots and cucumbers came through. After eating so many oily dishes, this cool, refreshing salad was a great palate cleanser. 🌊 After the meal, we stepped outside to see the snow already piling up on our car. “Nothing beats food straight from the kitchen...” “Northeastern cuisine is really delicious...” “I don’t feel so cold after eating...” We all left with rosy faces, feeling very satisfied. 🎢 Driving back home from Long Island through the heavy snow, I don’t know why, but I suddenly felt a bit like it was the Chinese New Year. 📍 Y&Z Dumpling House, NY 📝 The restaurant has weekly delivery orders to NJ. I’ve tried Northeastern big meal packs, braised mutton, big harvest, and shredded green pepper with dried tofu, all of which were delicious. The sauerkraut dumplings were also good, from the filling to the dough. However, due to the long distance, the delivery time can sometimes be a bit unstable. #NewYork 🌆🌟
