New York | Yongchuan 🍗
🍃No exaggeration, this might be the crispiest and most delicious roast duck I've had in New York so far! Most roast ducks I've tried here are soft and mushy, but the duck skin here is so crispy it makes a "crunch" sound with every bite. Each slice has a perfect caramel color, and when you dip it in sugar and wrap it in a pancake, it's incredibly fragrant! 🍖🍃 🌟 And ‼️ the roast duck is currently on half-price, which is such a great deal! 😭 I also ordered this week's limited private dishes, 【Sandy Garlic Noodles】 and 【Braised Pork】. 🍃Although they're not as good as Xin Rong Ji, they're still worth a try. The cold dishes, 【Ningbo Cabbage】 and 【Smoked Fish】, were also good and didn't disappoint! The dishes here are based on Jiangsu and Zhejiang cuisine but have a hint of spiciness, which might be where the "chuan" in Yongchuan comes from? 🌅 Overall, it's definitely worth a visit! 🍃 #NewYorkCuisine #NewYorkRoastDuck 🌃🌟
