It's quite strange to have warm toast in a Japanese restaurant, but it's surprisingly delicious and very well-balanced. 🍞 Hokkaido Ikura and Hokkaido Uni 🐟 It's the season for fresh ikura again, served with shari and uni. So fresh and sweet. 🍣 Tai Fish 🐟 Steamed tai fish, with yuzu ponzu and daikon radish puree. A dragon-level tai fish, over five fingers wide. Always a favorite appetizer. 🍲 Sushi Shishamo, 4-day marinated White snapper Leach's squid (mud barrier squid) Sanma, added a few days in advance by asking Yoshida. So delicious! [heart eyes] 🍣 Sushi The tuna was from Oma, Aomori Prefecture, which arrived three days ago. Akami (tuna red meat) Chutoro (medium fatty tuna) Maguro tataki (tuna tataki) Sushi Anago (grilled eel) Toro tuna fat with pickled radish hand roll After the meal πŸ₯š Miso soup Tamago-dori, four eggs Gelato 🍦 The classic white chocolate gelato. It's white truffle season again. 🍦 The entire anniversary celebration was a big success from start to finish. It was one of the most satisfying meals I've had recently. I heard they originally made custom teacups for the anniversary guests, but due to logistics and customs issues, they haven't arrived yet.
