New York | Yoshino Sushi Experience Share 🌟

🍣Let me share my experience at a highly popular one-Michelin-starred sushi restaurant in New York: Yoshino. It only has 10 seats, and the dining is in Omakase style, with a very steady pace throughout. The average cost per person is around $650 (excluding drinks). After the meal, you truly feel full, without that "I just ate air" feeling. 🌊🎢 The ingredients are very fresh overall and meticulously handled. Almost every piece of tuna and sea urchin is memorable. The chef is Japanese and quite outgoing. He will introduce the dishes to you and occasionally chat a bit, not the cold and distant type. 🍣 Because of this, the overall atmosphere is much more relaxed and not too stiff. One dish that left a particularly deep impression on me was the mochi. I didn't pay much attention to it at first, but when I tasted it, I found the texture to be especially fresh. 🌊🎢 It was soft and chewy but not sticky, and the warm temperature was just right. It wasn't a traditional dessert but a little surprise with a hint of saltiness, somewhere between the main course and dessert. Overall, it was really quite good. 🍣 #Record #NewYorkFood #NewYorkLife 🌃🍣
