There's this amazing Chinese noodle shop on Roosevelt Island. The place is super tiny, with just a few seats by the window. During meal times, you might have to take your food to go, but oh boy, their Wanzada Noodles are just fantastic! π Wanzada Noodles (Mashed Pea and Minced Meat Noodles) βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ Delicious Wanzada noodles! The minced meat sauce is super fragrant, and the mashed peas are sticky and yummy. The noodles are really chewy and satisfying. π Beef Tripe Hot Pot βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ The beef tripe is generous in both quantity and portion. But the spicy flavor of the dish is stronger than the savory taste. My partner ordered it and ended up with a swollen mouth from the spiciness. Hahaha! It feels like it's not as fragrant as the hot pot with chili oil. πΆοΈ Pork and Shrimp Siu Mai βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈπ Though they're probably still pre-made frozen dumplings, they have that authentic taste from home, which is pretty good!
