It’s hard to imagine that the raw lamb is not only not gamey but incredibly fresh. The slight spiciness of Merguez spices paired with the coolness of mint is simply amazing. 🫡 🦆 Zou Zou’s Duck Borek An absolute signature dish. The duck pastry is greasy but not gamey or greasy at all—I don’t know how they do it. They also excel at using nuts and spices. The duck pastry is mixed with pistachio crumbs and orange, which is unbeatable. 🦆 🌿 #NewYorkFood #MediterraneanCuisine
