New York · Long Island | Late-Night Ramen at Youta Ramen at 21:30 🍜
New York winters are just too cold! At 21:30, I finally pushed open the door to this little shop in Mineola—Youta Ramen. 🌿🌟 It felt like stepping into a real late-night eatery. 🌟 Long Island rarely has such cozy, brightly lit restaurants open this late. The steaming ramen shop is irresistible to anyone walking by in the cold. 🌟 The fried chicken is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside—highly recommended! 🍗 🌿🌟 When eating ramen, you must pair it with tempura shrimp and fried vegetables. The ramen was the top recommendation from the staff, and finally, I found a ramen place that isn’t overly salty. You can finish the bowl without feeling too salty to sleep afterward. 😊 (For those who are curious, the owner doesn’t seem to be Chinese.) 🌿🌟 Address: 58 Old Country Rd, Mineola, NY #AlleyRamen 🍜 #RamenLovers 🍜 #IzakayaDelights 🍖
