The Best Duck in All of New York and the Best Cabbage Too 🦆🥬 I’m open to being proven wrong, but if you think you know a better place, hit me up and let me know where it is. 🌸 The pictures are arranged according to my preference. To be honest, none of the dishes were bad. But from a cost-to-benefit perspective, my ❤️ started to waver a bit. Like the last two apps, those could have been skipped. 1️⃣ Dry Aged Duck Breast & Leg The last time I had duck this amazing was at some little bistro in Paris. Usually, duck legs are pretty safe, but duck breasts can be a total gamble. This one was aged for two weeks. The duck leg was, as expected, a burst of fatty, aromatic goodness. But the duck breast next to it was the real star: crispy skin, dark red meat that was tender but not chewy. Ah~It’s no exaggeration to call it a perfect combo❣️ 🌅 At $72, it’s definitely worth every penny. #NewYork 🗽🌟
