New York | Le Veau d'Or
Hard to book but super worth it! Upper East Side old money style French dining 🌟 This year for my birthday, my teammate found a French restaurant that we were super satisfied with, both in terms of ambiance and dishes 🎂 🍴Le Veau d'Or 📍129 E 60th St Born in 1937, this restaurant is located right by the Upper East Side subway station. It's not very big, with a red and white color scheme. The walls are lined with glass, and under the yellow lighting, it exudes a classical beauty 🌆 💰 Initially, the restaurant only offered dinner, but now they also have lunch. Dinner is $125 per person, including appetizer, main course, and dessert. Lunch is $85 per person, including appetizer and main course. We booked the dinner 🍽️ ⭐️ POMMES SOUFLÉES CAVIAR ROUGE - Red Caviar Cream Soufflé Potatoes The potatoes are made into a hollow soufflé shape, with a crispy texture like chips. The sauce is delicious and pairs well with bread 🍟 ⭐️ Tête De Veau Ravigote - Veal Head This was the waiter's favorite dish of the day. It has a layer of crispy chips on top, with tender veal head in the middle, accompanied by a green sauce with mustard seeds that has a unique, slightly spicy flavor 🥩 #NewYork 🌊
